This sounds wrong to me. I'm sure it's Astralwerks that put the import ban on GC (why in the world would Rising High want to close out a market?). Besides, RH would have had to have put an *export* ban on it. As for the legality of it, it happens all the time - if a company has the exclusive right to market and distribute a release in a given country, and other companies are deliberately going against that company's wishes in marketing and distributing it themselves, those other companies might find themselves in for a lawsuit - regardless of whether the first company chooses to exercise its right to market immediately.
